Halle Berry Goes Topless With Cats To Celebrate 20th Anniversary Of ‘Catwoman’

Halle Berry is celebrating the 20th anniversary of “Catwoman” in the most purrfect way.

On Tuesday, the Oscar winner honored the DC Comics superhero movie by posing topless with her newly adopted kittens in a series of sultry photos on social media.

In one Instagram post, Berry is seen donning her iconic Catwoman mask and cozying up to the adorable pussycats.

“And STILL… meow! It’s been 20 years today since I had the honor of bringing this iconic character to life,” Berry captioned her post. “She will always be close to my heart and I will forever be Patience Phillips aka CATWOMAN!”.

The actor explained that she adopted the kittens in the photos after they “showed up” in her yard.

“Thank you @missjee79 ! When these black beauties showed up in my yard searching for their mother, Jee helped us through the rescue process. Forever grateful! ♥️,” she added.

HuffPost reached out to Berry’s reps for more information about Jee and the adoption process.

In a separate post on X (formerly Twitter), Berry thanked her fans who “embraced” the “Catwoman” film after it opened in theaters on July 23, 2004, to a slew of negative reviews.

The thriller film earned a measly 8% score on Rotten Tomatoes and was regarded as one of the worst superhero movies of all time.

“Sometimes I’m good,” Berry began her message Tuesday on X , nodding to her character’s closing monologue from the film.

“THANK YOU to the fans who have embraced Catwoman (even if it was a little delayed ). Patience Phillips is finally getting her due. Meow!” she added.

Berry’s fans on X stepped in to praise and defend “Catwoman.”

Another X user argued that “Catwoman” flopped in theaters due to a “producer and director issue.”
