Elon Musk Hides ‘Likes’ And Everyone Makes Same Joke About Ted Cruz

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) drew mockery on X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday after the platform’s owner Elon Musk confirmed that “likes” will now not be private by default.

Users joked about how the move would benefit Donald Trump loyalist Cruz, who drew ridicule in September 2017 when his account “liked” a hardcore porn video.

Cruz later blamed a staffer, who he said had “inadvertently hit the like button.”

“It was not a deliberate act,” Cruz claimed at the time. “We’re dealing with it internally, but it was a mistake. It was not malicious.”
