CNN Political Director Spots ‘A Trouble Sign’ For Kamala Harris In New Polling

David Chalian, political director at CNN, said poor polling figures for Democratic nominee Kamala Harris among non-college-educated white voters is a “trouble sign” for the vice president ahead of the 2024 election.

Former president and current GOP nominee Donald Trump has a “huge” double-digit lead over Harris in that demographic in Georgia, Arizona, Nevada, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin, Chalian noted on Wednesday’s broadcast of “CNN News Central,” citing new polling for the network by SSRS.

Trump is polling at 71% versus Harris’ 27% in Georgia.

In Arizona, Trump is on 65% compared to Harris’ 31%.

And in Nevada it’s 64% for Trump compared to 31% for Harris.

“White voters without college degrees, this is a Trump base constituency, obviously. You see his huge numbers with this group. You see that this is a trouble sign for Harris,” said Chalian.
