Seth Meyers Turns Trump Into Simone Biles To Make Damning Point About Republicans

Seth Meyers on Monday looked at the pattern that’s now played out on multiple occasions in which Donald Trump says something offensive and then Republicans go on TV to beg him to focus on policy.

But there’s “no way” those Republicans “actually believe” what they’re saying, said the “Late Night” comedian.

That’s because they know the former president and current GOP nominee “just can’t focus on policy” and would have “an easier time doing one of Simone Biles’ signature moves.”

Meyers then cut to images and commentary of Trump emulating the Olympic champion gymnast. Kind of.
