Law Professor Spots 'Most Chilling' Part Of New Trump Move That Knocked His 'Socks Off'

NYU School of Law professor Kenji Yoshino on Thursday described one part of Donald Trump’s new legal filing in his classified documents case as “one of the most chilling things that I’ve seen in 25 years of teaching constitutional law.”
