Boyfriend And Landlord Accused Of Killing Woman Who Told Sister She Was 'Fearful'

An Arizona woman who was reported missing in March after failing to pick up her dog is now presumed dead, and on Thursday, authorities charged her landlord and boyfriend with killing her.

Cavett Jack Richards, 36, and William Thomas DalCerro, 58, were charged with second degree murder, concealment of a dead body and conspiracy in the death of Shayna Feinman, 35, who vanished from the Hyde Park area on March 8, the Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office announced.
