Ariana Grande Says She Hasn't Had Plastic Surgery

Ariana Grande said she hasn’t had any plastic surgery — just fillers and some Botox, but she stopped that four years ago.

During a Vanity Fair lie detector test video posted on Saturday, Grande answered questions from her “Wicked” co-star Cynthia Erivo while hooked up to a polygraph. Erivo asked her if she’s had her nose done, or gotten a boob job, face-lift, chin implant or fox eye lift. Grande answered no to all the questions, passing the lie detector test for each.

“This is the best day of my life,” the singer said. “Take that, you YouTube people.”

Grande was seemingly referencing plastic surgeons on social media who theorize what kind of plastic surgery celebrities have had.

Grande said she’s had “fillers in various places and Botox,” but that she stopped those treatments four years ago.

“And that is the extent,” she said.

She continued: “But also, like, in full support of all people who do these things. Work. Whatever makes women, men, non-gender-conforming people feel beautiful should be allowed. Why do we care?”

In 2023, Grande opened up about the fillers and Botox she’s gotten.

“Full transparency, as a beauty person, as I do my lips: I’ve had a ton of lip filler over the years and Botox,” she said in a Vogue Beauty Secrets video. “I stopped in 2018 because I just felt so… too much. I just felt like hiding, you know?”

She said she hopes to see her “well deserved” smile and cry lines. She added, however, that she might get a face-lift in 10 years.

“But these are just thoughts that I feel like we should be able to discuss.… Fuck it, let’s lay it all out there,” she said.
